HR Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • HR Operations

  • Lead, mentor, supervise the HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations across.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads for all HR-related matters.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, leave management, salary inputs, and final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory laws (PF, ESI, Welfare fund, PT, Tax, etc.)
  • Conduct audit and ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory obligations (PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, PCB, Factories, fire and safety, POSH, etc.)
  • Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and legal teams for compliance-related requirements.
  • Administer and optimize HRIS for personnel records, attendance, leave, payroll, employee life cycle.
  • Design, update, and implement HR SOPs across all HR and Admin functions.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances and disciplinary issues promptly.
  • Talent Management

  • Expert in multi-location recruitment and able to implement new recruitment initiatives to ensure all time manpower availability.
  • Experience in handling performance management software, conducting goal setting, annual performance appraisal, 30,60,90 days review, PIP and others.
  • Experience in handling LMS software, module creation, manage TNA and training calendar.
  • Oversee reward and recognition program and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain data accuracy and generate periodic management reports and dashboards.

Qualification & Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in HR
  • 10 – 14 years’ experience (Preferably with minimum 2 years in hospitality industry “Hotel/Resorts”)
  • Expert in HRIS, Payroll, Statutory regulations.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proficient in HR analytics, reports and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, result-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
