Job Description

As an individual contributor in this role, you will be responsible for leading brand and portfolio strategy development independently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Independently leading brand and portfolio strategy development to ensure strong positioning and differentiation in key markets. - Guiding and influencing affiliate marketing teams and senior leadership for country-level planning and execution. - Acting as a regional brand custodian to maintain consistent messaging and brand identity across markets. You will also be responsible for conducting market and competitive intelligence analysis, including: - Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine brand strategies. - Providing strategic recommendations to affiliates and leadership based on data-driven insights. In terms of product launches and lifecycle management, your responsibilities will involve: - Leading regional launch planning and developing strategic frameworks for new product introductions, market penetration, and growth. - Collaborating with various teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and support local affiliates in implementing best practices for product lifecycle management. Additionally, your role will require stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, such as: - Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and working closely with various functions to align marketing initiatives. - Partnering with affiliate marketing teams to adapt regional strategies to local market needs and engage with key stakeholders to drive product advocacy. You will also be responsible for performance monitoring and best practice sharing by: - Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. - Identifying best practices from high-performing markets and facilitating knowledge-sharing across affiliates. Furthermore, some additional skills required for this role include: - Strong ability to work independently while effectively influencing and guiding affiliate marketing teams and senior leadership. - Expertise in brand strategy development and execution in the Cardiovascular, Diabetes, and Neuro-Psychiatry therapeutic areas. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to interpret complex market data and provide actionable recommendations. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills to align and inspire cross-functional teams. - Understanding of Southeast Asian pharmaceutical markets, including regulatory landscapes and market access dynamics (desirable not mandatory).,
