Job Description

As the Manager-HR at The Akanksha Foundation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the HR practices for School Support & Central Support teams to ensure the organization's mission is effectively supported. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading Talent Acquisition efforts for key roles across Central Functions in Mumbai, Pune & Nagpur, focusing on Leadership Hiring & Capacity building. - Managing the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants. - Overseeing HR operations for all School support and Central support teams, participating in continuous improvement of HR policies and processes. - Leading the automation and digitization of key HR processes and ensuring HR compliances under statutory laws applicable to charitable organizations. - Reviewing & maintaining HR Data and MIS, as well as managing a team of 3-4 Central HR team members to achieve collective goals. You will need: - A deep belief and commitment towards Akanksha's vision and mission. - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in managing a team. - Willingness to travel across Pune, Mumbai, and Nagpur. - Previous experience in managing HR requirements in large organizations. - Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and track record in leading Talent Acquisition. - Knowledge of HR compliances, preferable. - People-oriented and results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills. - MBA in Human Resources or equivalent Masters degree in a relevant field.
