As a Retail Associate, your responsibilities will include assisting with daily operations and sales execution, supervising and guiding a team of 10-15 Field Sales Executives to meet sales targets, engaging customers and recommending vehicles, coordinating deal closures, maintaining inventory, and supporting cross-selling and up-selling efforts. Additionally, we are looking for Retail Store Managers in Sales for our Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Jodhpur locations. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store's P&L, leading a team of 10-20 employees, achieving sales targets, ensuring cost management, delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, implementing cross-selling strategies, and overseeing finance and insurance processes.
