Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end

    SEC, US GAAP & Statutory reporting

    FAC Treaty

  • Drive

    digital process automation

    and

    Lean/Six Sigma

    improvements.
  • Oversee

    offshore transitions

    and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with

    auditors, regulators & senior leadership

    on strategic initiatives.

You Bring:

-Financial Planning And Reporting Experience

  • 10–12 yrs in

    Insurance Accounting/Reporting

    .
  • Expertise in

    financial frameworks & reinsurance ops

    .

  • Lean/Six Sigma certified

    – mandatory.
  • Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills.
