Job Description – Advertisement Sales (TV & Digital)

Position: Advertisement Sales Executive / Manager
Location: Bengaluru & Rest of Karnataka (Multiple Locations)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Advertisement Sales professionals to join our growing sales team. The role involves generating revenue through advertising sales across our TV and Digital platforms, with a strong focus on the retail vertical market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive advertising revenue by selling TV and Digital ad inventory to clients in Bengaluru and other regions of Karnataka.
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with retail clients, agencies, and direct advertisers.
• Pitch customized advertising solutions across multiple platforms (TV + Digital) to meet client objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor competition and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the programming, creative, and digital teams to ensure effective ad execution.
• Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations for clients.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2–7 years in Advertisement Sales from TV, Radio, Digital, or Print media.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the retail advertising market in Karnataka.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English & Kannada (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel within Karnataka.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
