Job Description

CA - Experience 4 to 7 years

Location : Ahmedabad

As a Project Accounting Associate, you will support the financial tracking, reporting, and compliance of various projects. Youll work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely financial deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice processing and vendor coordination. Understanding the complete process of transaction, its recognition and processing.
Understanding of inter-departmental processes specifically stores & purchase.
Dealing with banks for opening of BGs & SBLCs.
Assist in creating and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely payments, compliances & smooth process.
Monitor project expenditures against budget and flag discrepancies
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for active projects
Maintain organized records for audits and compliance reviews
Contribute to improvements in project accounting processes and documentation
Basic knowledge of Direct & Indirect taxation
Filing of periodical returns for TDS, GST, VAT, Etc.
Preparing Cost Audit, Tax Audit & GST Audit reports and dealing with Auditors.

Hands on experience in SAP as well as knowledge of Tally ERP will be preferred.
