Qualifications

3+ years of experience working as a Workday Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
WorkingknowledgeofoverallWorkdaysolution, with hands-on experience of implementing (from design to deploy)of at least two Workday modules;Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Talent Management, Compensation / Advanced Compensation management, Recruitment, Benefits,others.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsandcommunicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage withteamand stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.
A commitment to continuous learning anddrivingimprovement.
Workday certification(s)in relevant modulesis preferred, but notmandatory.
