Manager - Warehouse Operations - Contract Logistics

As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for warehouse operations, ensuring the maintenance of Gross Margin at the format level. You will be in charge of managing both off-roll and on-roll teams, with the objective of keeping attrition within 5%. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining operations SLA at the customer level, conducting proper audits, stock takes, and ensuring shrinkage is within the limits set by the Business Team. Your role will also involve maintaining transportation SLA at the customer level, upholding HSE standards at the Distribution Center, and submitting reports accordingly. Monitoring MIS and productivity will be essential tasks to ensure operational efficiency. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Diploma or Graduate degree from a recognized university or institute, along with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in Warehouse Operations. Proficiency in preparing monthly reports and conducting trend analysis is required. Problem-solving skills, innovation, and the ability to drive results are crucial competencies for this role. You should excel in creating growth opportunities, adapting to changes, and leading a safety culture within the organization. Effective communication, both written and verbal, including the preparation of MIS reports, is essential. Being a self-initiator, having a good understanding of HSE practices, and possessing strong interpersonal skills are key qualities we are looking for.
