Led by more than 300 Partners & Directors and a team of over 8500 professionals operating in 12 cities across India, we pride ourselves on our client-centric and knowledge-driven work culture. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Must possess excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP with a working understanding of the differences between Indian GAAP and Ind AS. - Work closely with the Partner to establish and nurture client relationships. - Demonstrate the ability to apply relevant accounting standards, independently execute Ind AS engagements, and conduct research on complex technical accounting issues. - Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating effectively at all levels within an organization and during Assurance Committee Meetings. - Showcase strong leadership skills to engage with senior management and drive various meetings. - Uphold a positive work culture, promote teamwork, and embody BDO values. - Demonstrate supervision and coaching skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, provide technical guidance, motivate engagement teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Possess the capability to work under tight deadlines and in challenging client conditions. - Assist in identifying potential client targets for pitching and preparing pitches to secure new mandates. **Qualifications Required:** - In-depth knowledge of Indian GAAP with an understanding of differences from Ind AS. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Leadership abilities to interact with senior management and drive meetings effectively. - Proven experience in supervision, coaching, delegation, and project management. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in demanding client environments.
