Job Description

We are looking forward to hire UIPath Professionals in the following areas :

Should have 12-14 years of experience in Service Delivery Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing maintenance and support services
Should have strong understanding of ITIL concepts (ITIL certification is preferred)
Strong experience in incident management, service request fulfilment, problem management and knowledge management are expected
2+ years of experience in managing RPA services
Need to set up the support team, support model, shift plan and service delivery processes
Should monitor and track the day-to-day services and deliverables
Ensure process compliance, SLA adherence and higher customer/end-user satisfaction
Implement suitable tools and best practices
Bring in continual service improvement and achieve effort optimization
Periodic status reporting along with all agreed metrics and SLAs
Experience in account mining and growth
Proven expertise in setting up shared service team across multiple accounts and geographies
Expertise in responding to RFPs for AMS and Support services
Added advantage if managed multi account RPA service delivery
