Job Description

Greetings from Sutherland Global Services!!

We are currently hiring for Agile PM/ Scrum Master role at Sutherland Global Services, and I believe you'd be a great fit! If you're looking to work on cutting-edge projects with a passionate team, we'd love to hear from you.

7-10 years of relevant experience in
Project Management,
and 5+ years into
Agile Scrum.
Certifications
(at least one of the following):

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile Framework)
Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Demonstrated experience managing multiple agile sprints in parallel
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in complex enterprise environments
Jira
experience required, including sprint tracking, backlog grooming, and reporting
Experience with transformation, automation, or AI-based programs preferred

Qualifications

Engineer/Post-Graduate in any Technology stream
Project Management Credentials / PMP
Agile Scrum Certified
Indept knowledge on technology project management
