Manager Tendering & Bidding O&M Contracts Metal

As an Operations and Maintenance Contracting company, you will be responsible for scanning the business environment to identify upcoming tenders for Operations & Maintenance contracts in Metal, Cement, and Power industries. You will meet consultants and clients at the pretender stage to influence and guide them, while also mapping the market and competitor scenario. It will be your duty to study RFQ/RFP/Tenders and undertake site visits to establish the correct project scope and BOM. Identifying and estimating critical items such as man-hours, spares, MRO, material handling equipment, tools, and tackles required during the contract period to prepare a realistic bid estimate will be crucial. Additionally, you will engage in pre-bid meetings and techno-commercial negotiations with clients and consultants to secure orders.
