As a Manager, Technical Consulting at Salesforce Global Delivery Centre (GDC), your role is crucial in managing, training, and nurturing the technical consulting team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will be instrumental in leading internal initiatives, developing methodologies, and recruiting to build a strong team that excels in utilizing Salesforce Industries Cloud and other technologies effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage up to 15 direct reports, overseeing their technical work and balancing leadership responsibilities with 50% billable technical architect work on Industries projects. - Hire, train, and mentor Technical Consultants to implement solutions effectively, aligned with customer requirements and architectural designs. - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value and contribute to the growth of the Industries consulting practice. - Lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level customer engagements, working closely with Solution Architects and clients to architect technology solutions. - Conduct functional and technical workshops, design, deliver, test, and deploy solutions for FSC clients leveraging Salesforce Industries Cloud and other Salesforce technologies. - Manage customer expectations, negotiate solutions to complex problems, establish trust with clients, and highlight/manage risk areas in solutions proactively. **Qualifications Required:** - 10-16 years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and managing individual contributors. - 5+ years of people management experience. - Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills. - Expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio, and integration architecture. - Proficiency in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC, and modern web/mobile technologies. - Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect). - Strong communication skills, analytical skills, conflict resolution abilities, and interpersonal skills.
