As a Manager, Technical Consulting at Salesforce Global Delivery Centre (GDC), you will play a pivotal role in managing, training, and fostering the career growth of our technical consulting team. Your responsibilities include overseeing up to 15 direct reports, delivering technical work as a technical architect on Industries projects, and leading your team of Technical Consultants. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will guide them in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies to drive increased business value. In addition to handling people leadership, career coaching, and project oversight, you will contribute to growing the Industries consulting practice by leading internal initiatives, developing methodology, and recruiting to build a strong team. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions that meet client needs and drive optimized solutions leveraging Salesforce Industries Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Your role is 50% billable, and you will be actively involved in leading the Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level customer engagements. You will establish trust with customers" leadership, promote best practices, manage risk areas proactively, and ensure successful project outcomes with the highest customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects, 5+ years of people management experience, and expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio, integration architecture, platform security, identity and access management, data architecture, and Apex design patterns. Proficiency in English is required, and Salesforce certifications are preferred.
