Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Technical/Fund/Syndicate Accounting- Reserving reconciliation & reporting- Finance OperationsResponsibilities:.Syndicate & Technical Accounting - Manage & review accounting entries for syndicates, premiums, claims, and reinsurance transactions in line with Lloyd's and insurance accounting standards.Fund Accounting & Ledger Management - Manage & provide oversight on fund movements, investment accounting, and related reconciliations ensuring accuracy across general and sub-ledgers.Reserving & Reconciliations - Perform & review reserve calculations, prepare reconciliations between actuarial and accounting data, and ensure integrity of reported reserves.Month-End Close & Reporting - Execute & provide oversight to close activities including journal entries, trial balance review, variance analysis, and preparation of management reports.Regulatory & Compliance Support - Ensure adherence to IFRS 17, Solvency II, and Lloyd's reporting requirements maintain robust audit trails and documentation.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with actuarial, underwriting, and FP&A teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and issue resolution.Continuous Improvement & Controls - Strengthen process controls, identify automation opportunities, and drive consistency and efficiency across insurance accounting operations.Process Governance & Oversight - Lead end-to-end RTR operations including Technical Accounting, Month-End Close, and Reconciliations, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and accuracy.Quality Assurance & Controls - Establish and monitor strong control frameworks, review key deliverables, and ensure adherence to accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal policies.Governance & Reporting - Drive structured governance through regular reviews, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and control across the RTR value chain

Minimum Qualifications:
.CA / CPA / M-Com / B-Com or Graduate in Finance.Relevant years of experience in managing F&A RTR Insurance processes.Experience in working with an insurance client is must

Preferred Skill Set:
.Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures.Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Experience with accounting software, like Oracle, Blackline, etc..Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management.Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.Self-starter, with ability to work under own initiative.Strong time management skills.Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
