You will be joining the Technology in M&A team as a Manager, where your primary responsibility will involve driving value through strategic mergers and acquisitions from a technology perspective. Your role will encompass conducting thorough due diligence, identifying and realizing synergies, planning and managing transactions, analyzing market trends, and engaging with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of technology trends, and excellent communication skills. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving transformation and growth projects, such as strategic roadmap development, defining success KPIs, and formulating go-to-market strategies - Developing business cases and plans supported by robust financial and data analysis for strategic initiatives - Executing M&A strategies with a focus on innovation, market expansion, and competitive advantage - Utilizing client data to identify opportunities for cost optimization in various business areas - Conducting high-quality research and data analysis to support projects or business development efforts - Creating IT-specific value creation plans aligned with broader business objectives - Performing thorough due diligence to assess technological capabilities, intellectual property, and risks of target companies - Identifying opportunities for IT cost reduction, synergies, and scalability post-acquisition - Realizing synergies in technology infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation to drive efficiency and innovation - Overseeing the transition of technology systems, platforms, and teams during transactions to maximize value creation - Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform M&A decisions - Engaging with key stakeholders to align goals and expectations and ensuring successful M&A activities In addition, you will be responsible for: - Fostering a culture of innovation by promoting collaboration between acquired and existing teams - Expanding the technology value creation knowledge base and capabilities within the team - Coaching and mentoring junior team members as needed - Identifying opportunities for wider organizational development resulting from transactional work - Managing engagements, including quality and risk management for projects Job Requirements: You should possess: - Deep technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: Cloud FinOps, Application Architecture, IT Infrastructure/Hardware - Significant experience in a consulting firm or relevant industry with exposure to tech value creation, preferably in M&A and transformation environments - Experience in areas such as application portfolio rationalization, IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, labor efficiencies assessment, and more - Strong project management skills and financial modeling capabilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strategic mindset with a focus on both short-term and long-term value creation - Team management experience and business acumen Certifications such as CFA, CPA, PMP, CISSP, CISA, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are considered advantageous for this role.,
