Manager/ Team Lead Recruiter

As a Lead Recruiter specializing in Bulk/Volume Hiring, your role involves managing large-scale recruitment processes efficiently and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Bulk/Volume Hiring:** Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring drives to ensure the acquisition of high-quality talent. - **Walk-in Drive Management:** Organizing and conducting walk-in recruitment drives for batches, ensuring seamless execution. - **Client Coordination:** Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing regular pipelines and delivery of candidates. - **Candidate Briefing & Management:** Effectively communicating job roles, responsibilities, and expectations to candidates, while managing them smartly throughout the recruitment process. - **Process Optimization:** Implementing recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in volume hiring. - **Manage Sub-Vendors:** Coordinating and managing other sub-vendors involved in the recruitment process. - **Travel Requirement:** Being willing to travel to client locations twice/thrice per month for recruitment activities and meetings. Qualifications and Skills Required: - 4 - 7 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring within a consulting or staffing firm. - Proven experience in walk-in drives, mass recruitment, and end-to-end hiring processes. - Strong client relationship management and coordination skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate management. - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet recruitment deadlines. - Willingness to travel as required to client locations. - Experience in BPO hiring would be preferred.,
