Visit our website at www.gokhana.com. In your role of Supply/Vendor Management, you will focus on the front end of the supply function. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new vendors for the GoKhana platform and building a pipeline of main meal vendors, tuck shop vendors, and event management vendors. We are seeking a candidate with a go-getter attitude and self-motivation due to our startup environment. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Create a list of vendors in our segment and onboard them onto our system with proper mutual agreement. - Maintain the entire vendor database and update it regularly. - Onboard and align vendors for EHS audit by the internal team; coordinate client audits if necessary with the sales team. - Understand the sales team's requirements and provide the best suitable vendor proposals along with proper commercial calculations, considering P&L. - Encourage vendors and coordinate food festivals in our existing client locations. - Demonstrate deep knowledge of menu management, cafeteria operations, execution & implementation of vendors at the site, and vendor management skills. - Utilize negotiation skills to negotiate commercials with vendors and clients when required. - Prefer candidates with IHM/MBA in supply chain management; freshers are also welcome. - Designation will be AM-Supply/Manager Supply. - Possess good communication skills and be an expert in computer applications. **Prerequisites:** - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Proven experience working as a vendor manager. - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. - Willingness to travel for work. - Ability to multitask effectively. - Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Effective written and verbal communication skills.,
