Manager - Supply / Vendor (F&B)

As a Supply/Vendor Manager at GoKhana, your role will revolve around acquiring new vendors and managing the supply function. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating a list of vendors in our segment and onboarding them with our system under mutual agreement. - Maintaining and updating the entire vendor database regularly. - Coordinating with internal and client teams for EHS audits and aligning vendors accordingly. - Understanding sales requirements and providing suitable vendor proposals with proper commercial calculations. - Encouraging vendors to participate in food festivals at our existing clients. - Demonstrating deep knowledge of menu management, cafeteria operations, and vendor management skills. - Utilizing negotiation skills for commercial discussions with vendors and clients. - Preferably holding an IHM/MBA in supply chain management, although freshers are also welcome. - Your designation will be AM-Supply/Manager supply. - Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications are essential. Prerequisites for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Proven experience as a vendor manager. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Willingness to travel for work. - Effective multitasking capabilities. - Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.,
