Manager Supplier Resilience

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing supply resilience activities by coordinating with the supply chain to optimize the overall supply chain of direct material suppliers, tier-n suppliers, and logistics providers to secure future supply and related NES. Your key responsibilities include: - Acting as a Strategic Solution provider to optimize the e2e value chain demand-to-supply with supply chain to improve supplier performance level through proactive engagements, supplier quality level, and inventory management for local/regional suppliers - Ensuring supply continuity, managing critical shortages, and avoiding out of stocks to minimize impact on NES - Supporting sourcing categories in enhancing contractual agreements to mitigate risks, improve operational performance, and optimize supply chain parameters such as MOQ, Incoterm, and Lead Time - Maintaining consistent global documentation and reporting on supply disruptions and defined supply resilience KPIs in the region - Utilizing tools and BI dashboards to monitor supplier performance, supply disruptions, and proactive risk mitigation strategies - Engaging in local/regional supplier scouting with sourcing teams to enhance sourcing flexibility - Handling IATF, ISO, Customer, and Internal audits effectively Qualifications and requirements for this role include: - Any Graduate/Degree in Supply Chain or MBA preferred - 3-6 years of experience in sourcing and/or supply chain background is beneficial - Strong problem-solving and project management skills - Ability to quickly acquire cross-category knowledge in different direct materials and logistics sourcing categories - Proficiency in digital skills to drive creative solutions within a digital framework for FP and SC - Excellent communication skills in English and local language, along with effective stakeholder management This job requires a candidate with a strong background in sourcing and supply chain management, along with the ability to optimize supply chain processes and mitigate risks effectively.,
