Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our engineering design and execution team. The incumbent will be responsible for structural analysis, design validation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective construction in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural design and analysis of RCC, steel, and composite structures in alignment with applicable IS codes, NBC, and project specifications.

• Prepare, review, and validate structural drawings, design basis reports (DBR), load calculations, and BOQs.

• Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and site teams to ensure seamless design integration and constructability.

• Conduct peer reviews, value engineering, and design optimization to enhance structural performance and cost efficiency.

• Support consultant coordination and technical discussions throughout the design and construction stages.

• Review and validate shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and construction detailing.

• Perform site inspections and provide technical recommendations to resolve design or structural issues.

• Maintain QA/QC compliance, safety protocols, and documentation of all design-related activities.

• Assist in the selection and evaluation of structural consultants and vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Experience: 5 - 10 years in structural design, analysis, and coordination (preferably in real estate or infrastructure projects).

• Proficient in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, RCDC, and related design software.

• Strong understanding of Indian Standard Codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920, IS 16700).

• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
