The Role We’re looking for an IT Systems & Infrastructure Lead to independently manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and operations. This is a high-ownership role that requires a hands-on, technically proficient professional to oversee everything from hardware and network stability to server management, software licensing, and IT security. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can take full responsibility for ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization. Responsibilities Hardware & Infrastructure: • Maintain IT hardware including desktops, laptops, routers, printers, and other peripherals • Handle procurement, setup, upgrades, and preventive maintenance of equipment • Ensure reliable and secure office network connectivity Software & Systems: • Manage installation, licensing, and regular updates of software and operating systems • Oversee internal servers and backup systems (on-premises or NAS-based) • Administer user accounts, access controls, and security configurations Asset Management: • Maintain inventory of all IT assets and licenses • Track asset allocation, return, and replacement • Prepare periodic reports for audits and compliance IT Support: • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues across the company • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues • Minimize downtime by ensuring prompt support and preventive care Security & Compliance: • Implement and manage antivirus, firewall, and security systems • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data protection and security compliance • Enforce IT policies and best practices across all departments.
