The Manager - Strategy and Diversification at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited will be responsible for understanding the Hydrogen value chain and market dynamics, including key technology, cost, demand, and production trends both domestically and globally. This role involves business planning, development of business roadmap, customer profiling, understanding customer requirements, and engaging with potential customers. The Manager will also participate in various conferences, webinars, and engage with stakeholders in the Hydrogen sector to stay updated on industry developments. Key responsibilities of the position include tracking the latest industry developments in the New Energies sector, gathering information from various sources such as news articles, research papers, and analyst reports, attending webinars and conferences to share key learnings, conducting secondary research to enhance knowledge on technology and risk aspects, deriving key insights from ongoing work streams, presenting business strategy activities, compiling newsletters on industry developments, and monitoring raw material and finished goods prices regularly. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E./B. Tech degree in Chemicals as a minimum qualification, with a preference for an MBA from reputed institutes. Functional skills required for the role include experience in developing Strategic Roadmaps and Business Plans for the medium to long term, educational background from a top engineering or MBA college in India, and possessing strong academic credentials along with excellent writing and communication skills.
