Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – Strategic Forecasting located in Pune. The Manager – Strategic Forecasting will be responsible for developing and executing demand planning and demand forecasting strategies. The individual will conduct market research, analyze data, support finance-related activities, and provide strategic insights to enhance decision-making processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Forecasting skills : Patient forecasting, Epi forecasting & Strategic Forecasting
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Onco, Vaccines, Immunology or Rare diseases
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
