Job Description

Manage end-to-end operations of
STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), OWC (Organic Waste Converter)
, and
Sewer Systems
across all project sites.
Supervise daily functioning of
aeration systems, blowers, pumps, valves, diffusers, motors, RO units, and filtration systems
in STP/WTP.
Ensure smooth operation of
OWC plant
, including waste shredding, composting, curing, and disposal as per environmental guidelines.
Oversee
sewer network maintenance
, including manholes, chambers, drainage lines, de-choking, and jetting operations.
Monitor and record
BOD, COD, TSS, pH, MLSS
, and other parameters to ensure PCB compliance.
Maintain logs of
daily plant operations, testing results, breakdowns, chemical dosing, and sludge handling.
Implement
preventive and predictive maintenance
for pumps, motors, panels, pipelines, OWC machinery, and mechanical equipment.
Train and supervise
operators, helpers, sewer workers, and technicians
to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, and MEP teams for repair works and emergency shutdowns.
Ensure 100% compliance with
Pollution Control Board (PCB)
norms, environmental regulations, and facility SOPs.
Manage inventory of
chemicals, spare parts, filters, OWC consumables
, and critical equipment.
Liaise with
environmental consultants and authorities
during inspections, audits, and compliance submissions.
Prepare
MIS reports, test reports, chemical consumption reports, OWC output reports, and monthly operational summaries.
