We have been mandated by a large conglomerate in stainless steel manufacturing for the below mentioned position.

Job Title: Section In-charge - Manager / Sr. Manager (Pickling & Annealing)

Department: WRM

Location: Palghar

Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years

Qualification: B.E / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have in depth of knowledge of Stainless steel Wire rod Heat Treatment and Pickling.
• Manage and control over all functioning of the Production, Maintenance of AP line , ETP & Dispatch.
• To suggest, verify the implementation of improvement & cost reduction actions
• To recommend or suggest solutions to management for reducing rejection & down time.
• To be responsible for taking actions on process cost deviations to act to reduce the process cost.
• To Achieve Target Production with quality as per customer specifications with defined SOPs.
• To interact with QA & QC for non-conformance in Annealed & Pickled product.
• To coordinate with PPC and Plant head for new product development and document the production process / guidelines of the same
• To review with PPC for daily/weekly/monthly Production & Dispatch plan, achive complaince for the same.
• To be responsible for implementing new standards and practices at the unit level for more effective planning and production.
• To be responsible for taking actions on EHS related activities and Legal compliances.
• Process improvement & quality management (TPM, ISO, 5s, Housekeeping) of Ann/Pick. & Dispatch.
