Manager/ Sr. Manager || US Accounting || CTC upto 35 LPA || HYD

You will be joining our Corporate Accounting team as a Manager / Sr. Manager at our client, a US Accounting firm based out of Hyderabad. As a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in US GAAP accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and compliance, you will play a key role in managing complex accounting processes, mentoring junior staff, and supporting the firm's financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with US GAAP. - Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, bookkeeping, and variance analyses. - Manage AP / AR / Bank reconciliation and oversee the Month end / Quarter end close processes. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, including preparing and reviewing tax filings. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for audits, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables. - Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. - Stay updated on changes in US GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements, providing guidance to the firm as needed. - Manage a team of 4-5 accountants / Sr. Accountants - Team management exposure is a must. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA or CA preferred). - Minimum of 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a professional services firm. - Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Oracle Netsuite or QuickBooks, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
