Manager/ Sr. Manager Installation and Commissioning

As the Manager of Installation & Commissioning for Mobile Robots, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the deployment, installation, and commissioning of mobile robotic systems. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, manage project timelines, and ensure that all systems are implemented effectively and operate efficiently within client environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, schedule, and oversee the installation and commissioning of mobile robots. - Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and timelines. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation and commissioning phase. - Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns promptly. - Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure client satisfaction with the installation process. - Ensure projects are completed within the stipulated budget and time frame. - Lead and manage a team of installation and commissioning engineers and technicians. - Provide training and support to team members to ensure high performance. - Supervise the installation of mobile robots, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. - Oversee the commissioning process, including testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of systems. - Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues that arise during installation and commissioning. - Maintain comprehensive records of installation and commissioning activities. - Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, technical issues, and resolutions. - Develop and update standard operating procedures for installation and commissioning processes. **Qualifications Required:** - M.Tech/ B.Tech in robotics, controls, mechatronics etc. - 8+ years of experience in the installation and commissioning of automated or robotic systems, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role. - Experience in customer handling & project execution.
