Bank Control/ Bank Reconciliation Statement
Scrutiny of all Ledger
Plant reconciliation, pass necessary entries and clear ledger
MIS on monthly basis
Stock Verification and Valuation
Payment Control and verify
Cash Management
Actual and projected cash flow for plant, flast report, capital payment list, stock statement and maintain CMIR data
Bills Verify
Sales Tax- Returns, Forms compliance, liaison work with department
Excise- Returns, correspondence, liaison work with department
Sales Order approval
Invoice/ dispatch control
Salary & Wages verify
Service Tax- Returns, correspondence & liaison work
TDS- Returns, deductions, certificates etc.
Accounts Payable/ Receivable
Order Diesel for HSD tank on time.

Preferred candidate profile

Should already be a Manager in Finance and handling the Plant Finance role independently.
