Job Title Manager / Sr. Manager, Alumni Relations Required Number 1 Qualification Minimum UG degree. Prefer Amrita Alumni. 5 years experience in internal program management and CRM activities Job Description Forms geographic clubs based on alumni’s interest & co-ordinating with faculty Develops new alumni programs for the website Ensures coordination and development of the overall alumni relations programme in collaboration with the director and other alumni personnel; proposes long- and short-term goals and the general direction of alumni activities Promotes and nurtures good alumni connections, through ongoing communication and face-to-face interactions with constituent groups Provides information about alumni and university programmes and activities to others, including alumni Develops alumni events, with a focus on one or more of the following: local, regional, and national chapters; publications for alumni; recognition and awards; reunions; homecoming; relations with alumni and/or students; and other special services and events Requirements & Skills Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience or UG with 5 years of experience, with large numbers of simultaneous small projects Demonstrated capacity to design, oversee, and organise a variety of alumni programs and initiatives, with a strong focus on alumni geographic club programs Willingness to understand the Amrita community, its academic fields and relationships, as well as an eagerness to gain in-depth knowledge regarding the Amrita Alumni initiative The person should reside in the districts of Coimbatore preferably near our campus Job Category Non-Teaching Last Date to Apply June 28, 2025 Show more Show less
