Responsible to handle Development of Special application ( Container , Refrigeration , Cherry Picker )
Having experience in handling development of Container , Refrigeration
Identify new supplier , evaluate and induct new suppliers , explore of supplier base is desirable
Estimate and settle part , tooling cost , good negotiation skills , supplier relationship management
Good interpersonal relationship top coordinate with the other functions like marketing , R&D , Service
Explore towards Quality management system , supplier development
Ability to develop concept , ramp up in meeting customer requirements
Work with identified suppliers on development of new concept
Develop Proto types , test with customers
Ramp up based on the orders
Negotiate with supplier
Work closely with supplier and delivery results
Hard working , ability to learn and progress
Good commercial acumen
Candidate with strong sourcing experience in Automobile industry is preferred
