Manager – SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) – Hospitality/Restaurant

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Manager – SOPs to oversee the creation, implementation, and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures across our restaurant operations. The role ensures smooth functioning of all departments, compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and delivery of consistent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and standardize SOPs for kitchen operations, service, housekeeping, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other food safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to monitor adherence to SOPs across all restaurant outlets.
• Train and guide staff on service protocols, hygiene practices, and guest handling standards.
• Collaborate with chefs, service managers, and support teams to optimize operational workflows.
• Continuously review and improve SOPs to meet evolving customer expectations and industry standards.
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and record-keeping of all procedures.
• Monitor guest feedback and align SOPs with service quality improvements.
• Work location is Bengaluru; candidates must be willing to relocate if required. ✅

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry, preferably in operations or quality control.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI standards, HACCP guidelines, and food safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
