About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Manager Software Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure software projects are delivered efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of software applications and systems from concept to deployment.
Define and enforce software architecture, coding standards, and integration strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, coding best practices, and security protocols.
Oversee Agile development cycles, testing strategies, and release documentation.
Mentor and guide development teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications & Skills

B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
610 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar development tools.
Solid understanding of software integration and communication protocols.
Experience with Agile methodologies, coding standards, and software testing processes.
