Manager Service Sales

As a Manager Service Sales, your role is crucial in driving aftersales service revenue for marine and land-based sanitation, waste management, and gas detection systems. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing aftersales opportunities, developing service contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and pursuing aftersales opportunities such as AMCs, spare parts, retrofits, and upgrades from existing clients. - Developing service contracts and preventive maintenance plans tailored to customer needs. - Monitoring competitor aftersales strategies to position competitively. - Preparing commercial offers and negotiating terms. - Maintaining a service sales pipeline and tracking conversions. Moreover, you will also be responsible for: - Building long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Addressing customer complaints/escalations and ensuring timely resolution. - Conducting regular customer visits for service sales pitches and feedback. In terms of technical and regulatory compliance, you will: - Ensure service offerings comply with industry standards and OEM requirements. - Liaise with engineering teams to align service solutions with technical requirements. - Oversee warranty claims and coordinate for liquidation. Your role will also involve: - Working with the Aftersales Service Manager to schedule technicians, manage inventory, and ensure service delivery. - Coordinating with relevant departments for spare parts deliveries and ensuring completion of services as per contracts. - Tracking service KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. To ensure profitability and process management, you will: - Achieve service sales targets for AMCs, spare parts, and upgrades. - Optimize pricing strategies to maximize margins while remaining competitive.
