Role Overview
As a Salesforce Service Cloud engineer you need to involve in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. This role required to work under the guidance of senior managers and delivery squad leads to customize and integrate Salesforce applications. The role involves learning and applying best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. You need to collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project execution. This position is ideal for those looking to grow their skills in Salesforce eco-system.
What will you do in this role
Support the design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions under the guidance of senior managers.
Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Actively involve for integrating Salesforce with other systems and third-party application.
Participate in testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Service Cloud issues.
Continuously learn and apply new Salesforce features and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Assist in training end-users on Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities.
What should you have
- Bachelor s degree in computer science / information systems or equivalent technical field from a recognized University or Institute.
- 5+ years of relevant experience IT in developing and implementing critical solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud at large scale project delivery model.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce eco-system, particularly working experience with Service Cloud implementations is necessary.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Apex programming, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, Aura, LWR, validations rule and other Salesforce technologies are preferable.
- Having knowledge on UI / UX is preferable.
- Strong exposure in Salesforce configuration, customization including Service cloud specific Case management, Knowledge management, Email Management .
- Exposure in OOP Language scripting and Type Scripting etc are nice to have.
- Pharma domain experience is nice to have.
- Should proficient enough on salesforce security, Sharing rule, Permission set, Trigger, OWD , dynamic layout , approval process and profiles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective solutions are highly valued.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Should have proper attitude to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
- Salesforce Service Cloud certification is preferable.
