Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Team lead for building strong maint team with all required skillset to reduce downtime due to equipment failure.
Work as mentor to assist and supervise maintenance team to handle all maintenance activities.
Plan and prepare maintenance budget for FY depending on schedule and capacity utilization
Ensure PM adherence with spare management by initiating spare parts planning and second sourcing in case of emergency.
Leads plan improvement and methods activities with external aid for fabrication.
Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
