Manager / Senior Manager Finance Operations

Role Overview: As a Manager / Senior Manager in Finance Operations at our Head Office in Mumbai, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, closing books, and ensuring compliance. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, managing a small team, and ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closures, including expense provisions and finalization of books - Prepare and post lease equalization entries, maintain related schedules, and reconcile rent deposits - Manage rent FNF, maintain monthly deposit schedules, and review general ledgers for accuracy - Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with documentation and process standards - Strengthen P2P process controls, ensure compliance, and proper documentation throughout - Prepare and share MIS reports with management regularly - Support system enhancements and automation projects to improve finance operations - Supervise team members, conduct performance reviews, and support their development Qualifications Required: - CA (preferred) or CA Inter / M.Com - 8-10 years of experience for CA Inter / M.Com, 23 years for CA - Deep understanding of P2P processes and financial operations - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger management - Experience in rent and lease accounting - Proficient in Excel and ERP systems - Ability to manage audits, ensure compliance, and possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Team management and leadership capability ,
