About Corporate and Investment Banking

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, youll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve-

• Lead and support commercial due diligence projects across sectors andgeographies, including analysing supply chain, customer concentration, and coststructures, and identifying red flags, highlighting risk, sensitivities, anddependencies
• Develop investment theses and identify key risks and opportunities.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and reports with clear, data-driveninsights.
• Collaborate with global teams and clients to ensure timely andhigh-impact delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including LBO, DCF, andcomparable valuation models, to assess target company performance andinvestment potential
• Conduct deep-dive due diligence by analysing company financials, operational metrics, interpreting data packs, and extracting insights throughstructured slicing and dicing of available information
• Conduct comprehensive industry research, including market sizing, growthdrivers, emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and forward-looking marketoutlook, to support investment thesis development and target screening
• Prepare high-quality investment memorandums and presentations forInvestment Committee discussions, incorporating key findings from duediligence, financial modelling, and strategic fit assessments
• Drive creation of client and prospect-related materials such asmarketing decks, pitchbooks, proposals, and presentations in collaboration withsenior stakeholders
• Oversee and review deliverables prepared by junior team members toensure analytical rigor, accuracy, and quality; provide mentorship, guidance, and upskilling opportunities for team development
• Participate in intake and project scoping discussions to defineworkstreams, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring clarity andalignment from the outset
• Contribute to internal process improvements through standardization, automation, and implementation of best practices across recurring workflows
• Author thought leadership content, including whitepapers and blogs thatreflect emerging trends, sector insights, and strategic perspectives relevantto private equity investing
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, articulating complex ideas and recommendations in a structured, clear, andprofessional manner

What were looking for-

• Bachelors / PG degree with Min 8 years of experience in commercial duediligence for transactions.
• Strong exposure to private equity, M & A, or investment advisoryprojects
• Proven track record of working on cross-sector and cross-geographydeals.
