Job Description

4+ years of experience in the insurance broking industry
Exposure in Government Business
Expertise in Sales, Business Development and client acquisition-

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals-
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends-
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features-
Build and maintain strong relationships with New and Existing clients-
Knowledge of Various General Insurance Products in specific Group Mediclaim and Group Personal Accident Policies
Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs-
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns-
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports-
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management-
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process

Qualification and Experience:

A bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role-
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets-

Other Details:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities-
Ability to build and maintain client relationships-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)-
