Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager/Senior Business Development Manager located in West Delhi, with some opportunities to work from home. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and driving market expansion initiatives. The Manager/Senior Business Development Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
