As a Manager in the investment banking team at A&M, you will support senior bankers in managing transactions from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include financial analysis, preparing pitches & collaterals, and diligence management, with a focus on Healthcare, Consumer & Consumer-tech, and Manufacturing & Industrials sectors. Your key contributions will involve: Origination Support: - Conducting industry research and financial analysis to identify transaction opportunities. - Preparing pitches and proposals to secure new business. Transaction Management: - Leading end-to-end execution of transactions such as M&A, Private Equity, and Structured Finance. - Managing due diligence processes, collateral development, and preparing marketing materials. - Creating detailed financial models and conducting valuation analyses. - Researching potential buyers/investors and targets for transactions. Client Management: - Direct communication with clients, potential buyers/investors, and advisors. - Managing key leadership meetings, developing client relationships, and articulating ideas effectively. Team Collaboration: - Working with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Contributing to team discussions and leveraging collective expertise. Industry Knowledge: - Staying informed on sector trends, regulations, and market dynamics. - Demonstrating strong knowledge of the chosen sector and contributing to thought leadership. Basic Qualifications: - CA/ MBA preferred from tier 1 institutions with a strong academic background. Experience: - Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance.
