Manager, Sector IT - SAP Ariba Project Delivery

As a SAP Ariba (B & I) Buying and Invoicing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing global and project-specific Ariba projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting and communicating effectively with cross-functional and business teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Demonstrating best practices and providing leadership to the team. - Documenting and designing requirements as per the Project SOW. - Designing solutions that align with business process outcomes and integrating them into the customer's existing environment. - Utilizing excellent problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and offer effective solutions. - Managing Ariba Configuration Workbooks, creating specifications, TS, and UAT scripts. - Overseeing cutover activities and providing support during the cut over, hypercare, and go-live phases. - Collaborating as an excellent team player with strong communication skills. - Leading teams, if required, and working independently to manage customer deliverables effectively. - Ensuring that all procurement activities, processes, and transactions comply with corporate governance, policies, and standards. - Conducting training sessions and serving as a subject matter expert. - Leveraging strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Developing a deep understanding of the application and business processes. - Providing expertise and knowledge to operations teams as needed. - Collaborating with customers, business, and IT partners globally to identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is required. - 10+ years of experience in Procurement applications delivery and development, including SAP MM, Ariba, MDG, SAP. - 3+ years of Project Management experience. - 3+ years of experience working with Managed Service Partners and/or 3rd Party implementors. - Familiarity with MW integration, CIG, APIs. - Experience in delivering complex application implementations with a global user base. - Proficiency in using ServiceNow, MyIT Portfolio, Azure Devops, Quality Center MS Project, and other supporting tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with leadership. - Proven ability to prioritize work, delegate deliverables, and lead a team of employees. - Background in collaborating with software vendors, particularly SAP. - Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.,
