SAP QM implementation Professional should have 10 to 13 Yrs:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Hands On experience on large scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects preferably in manufacturing / Process Industry
9-12 Years of SAP QM functional experience
3 End to end S/4 HANA project implementation experience in SAP QM (excluding support projects)
Ability to translate complex Quality requirements into technical specifications and configuration.
Conduct workshops with quality, production, supply chain, and regulatory teams to capture business requirements.
Deep knowledge of QM configuration (inspection plans, master data, quality notifications, certificates, QM E for process industries)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QM-MM, PP, PM,SD for seamless integration (e.g., inspection during goods receipt, production order confirmation, and delivery)
Provide support during UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care phases.
Support master data setup related to materials, BOMs, and routing.
Train key users and prepare end-user documentation.
Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and drive continuous improvements.
Worked extensively on RICEFW objects/ custom developments related to QM
Produce Business blueprint, KDS, functional specifications, configuration document, user manuals.
Experience of working with Indian and global clients.
Good understanding of Fiori apps for Manufacturing
Good hands on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverable.
Define migration strategy for legacy quality master data, inspection results, and certificates.
Strong communication skills (written verbal).
Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
