Job Description

As a Manager in our

SAP

Team, you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

SAP PS Professional should have:

  • SAP PS resource with a minimum experience of 9+years in SAP PS.
  • Should have done atleast 2 end to end projects in implementation in SAP PS.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PS solutions aligned with the unique needs of power sector projects (e.g., thermal, hydro, renewable energy, substations, transmission lines).
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and business users to gather requirements, define project structures, and develop optimized SAP PS solutions.
  • Configure project structures including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), network activities, milestones, budgeting, planning, and settlements.
  • Enable cost control, investment management, milestone billing, and project tracking specific to large capital infrastructure projects.
  • Integrate SAP PS with other modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PM, and Investment Management (IM).
  • Work on S/4HANA-based implementations or system conversions for energy and power utilities.
  • Support project planning and execution, including CAPEX projects, through tight alignment with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Conduct end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting for regulatory requirements in the power domain.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors in a large, multi-project landscape.

Desired qualifications

  • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering).
  • 5 to 11 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting-oriented environment.
  • Experience in power utilities project experience in India.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations

Location and way of working

  • Base location: Kolkata
  • Experience in the consulting industry.
