Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Client teams for effective and smooth case closure.
Provide regular customer service and address their future needs.
Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management and collect overdue payments from customers.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets assigned by the organization.
