Technical Skills

Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements
Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls.
Conduct market research and provide insights to clients for informed property decisions
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless client experience.
Identify client requirements and recommend appropriate property solutions
Conduct property site visits and presentations to clients
Stay updated with current real estate market trends and competitor activities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
