We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in selling premium Senior Living Villas and Apartments. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in selling high-end residential properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the luxury Senior Living real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Core Competence:

• Experience:

  5 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in selling premium villas and apartments or luxury residential properties. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Education:

  Graduate or a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing

• Languages:

  Proficiency in Malayalam and English (for Guruvayur) and Tamil and English (for Trichy & Chengalpattu) is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.

• Skills:

  Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools. Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and high-net-worth clients.
