Manager - Sales - Pharmaceutical Vertical

About the Role: - We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our pharmaceutical products. - You will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, to promote our products and increase market share. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Territory Management: Effectively manage a designated sales territory, building relationships with healthcare professionals and identifying new business opportunities. - Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our pharmaceutical products, including their benefits, indications, and target markets. - Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the value and benefits of our products. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns. - Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales within your territory and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. - Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities. - Attend Industry Events: Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network with healthcare professionals and stay updated on industry developments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/PG degree in science, business, or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field (preferred). - Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. - Self-motivated and results-oriented. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
