As a Sales Operations Manager at our company, you will be responsible for developing tools, reports, metrics, and insights to ensure an efficient sales force. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing sales performance and calculating sales incentives - Streamlining back-end and non-value add activities to ensure 80% of the front-end sales team's time is spent on customer-facing activities - Leading IT projects to automate sales processes, enhance data visibility, and create dashboards and MIS - Identifying training needs for the sales teams and arranging skill enhancement programs - Monitoring business hygiene to facilitate successful execution of sales processes To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Education: B.E.
